and contained concerning the same.

NOW THIS DEED

WITNESS ETH and it is hereby

declared by the Trustee as follows:

1.

THE Trust constituted by this deed shall be known as "the

Sir S---- K---- Tang Trust".

2.

IN this deed unless the context otherwise requires

(a) "the Trustee" shall mean the British Council or its

successors or successor as trustee for the time being of

this deed.

(b)

"the Trust Fund" shall mean

(i) all money already paid to the Trustee to be

held upon the trusts hereof;

(ii) all money hereafter paid or investments or

property hereafter transferred to or otherwise

vested in or placed under the control of the

Trustee and accepted by them as contributions to

the Trust Fund and

(iii) the assets from time to time representing

all such moneys investments and property aforesaid.

(c)

"discretion" shall mean absolute and unfettered

discretion.
