This is the last Will and Testament of me SIR SHIU KIN TANG

1.

I revoke all other Wills and testamentary dispositions

heretofore made by me.

12.

I appoint my friend SIR YUET KEUNG KAN (*),

my wife TANG FUNG KAM MAY nee FUNG KAM MAY

( 鄧馬錦美 ) nee_FUNG ($) and my friend LEE HIN CHIU) to be

the executors and trustees of this my Will (hereinafter called

"my Trustees").

13.

I declare that in the interpretation of this my Will

the expression "my Trustees" shall (where the context admits)

mean and include the trustees or trustee for the time being

hereof.

I devise and bequeath unto my Trustees all the real

and personal property whatsoever and wheresover of or to which

I shall be possessed or entitled at my death or over which

I shall then have a general power of disposition by will and

not hereinbefore otherwise disposed of UPON TRUST that my Trustees

shall sell call in collect and convert into money such of my

said real and personal property as shall not consist of money

at such time or times and in such manner as my Trustees shall

think fit with power to postpone the sale calling in and conversion

of the whole or any part or parts of the said property during

such period as my Trustees shall think proper and to retain

the same or any part thereof in its actual condition or form

of investment at my death without being responsible for loss.
