We have examined, in accordance with approved auditing standards, the Accounts and Notes set out on pages 17 to 23.
In our opinion these Accounts and Notes give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of The Institute at 31st March, 1988, and of its surplus for the year ended on that date and comply with the Companies Act 1985.
