be carried out by the Crown or its agents but nevertheless
the Crown shall not be by reason of this clause under any
by-reason
obligation or liability-to-construct such main drains.or
sewers and shall not be under any liability or, obligation
to make any such main drains or sewers available to thạt ng

11.
IN THE EVENT also of such main-water draina or
sewers as are referred to in Clause: 10 hereof beingis
constructed and connection to, the said premises, describedic
in Part two of the said Schedule being made then as soon as
possible, thereafter the Commission shall at its own costan
and expense entirely remove the aforesaid intended septic
tank and all connections and appurtenances thereto.
12.
IF AT ANY TIME or times it may be necessary in
the view of the Governor-in-Council of the said Colony TO
RESUME OR RE-ENTER either of the said premises hereby-
appropriated or any part thereof for a public purpose the
whole or such part thereof may be so resumed or re-entered
upon first giving to the Commission or leaving at the said
Cemetery twelve calendar months' notice in writing of such
New ec Cape intention and upon paying to the Commission such sum as in
Croom kende the opinion of the said Governor-in-Council shall fairly
meet the cost of removal of any graves or tombs being on
the ground resumed together with such reasonable compensation for the cost of erection of any structures or the cost of
their re-erection elsewhere as to the said Governor-in-
Council shall seem just.
IN WITTESS whereof His Excellency hath executed these presents and hereunto set the Public Seal of the Colony and
the said Commission hath caused its Common Seal to be here-
unto affixed.
