(a) that the existing Deeds of Appropriation
listed at Annex B should remain valid until either they are renounced by the party concerned or revoked by the Hong Kong
Government; and
(b)
that future extensions to existing private
cemeteries, whether the latter are presently held by land lease or by Deeds of
Appropriation, should be made available by Deed of Appropriation.
