1. You will recall that we discussed this briefly when I was in Hong Kong on my familiarisation trip. I would be interested to know when you expect the next draft of your paper to be completed. I appreciate that Land Commission business is currently suspended, but it would be useful to have the paper ready to hand over when normal business with the Chinese is eventually resumed. The Commonwealth War Graves Commission have also been pressing us for details of our proposals.
