Hong Kong/Brunei Air Services Agreement

The above agreement was published in the Hong Kong Government Gazette Special Supplement No. 5 on 27 January. I enclose ten copies and should be grateful if you would arrange for the agreement to be registered on Hong Kong's behalf with the United Nations and with the International Civil Aviation Organization.

We have taken the liberty, in publishing the Secretary of States specific authorization dated 5 December 1988, of correcting a typographical error and omission which occurred in the original, as follows:

(a) in paragraph 2, "entrusts to your authority"

should read "entrusts to you authority"; and

(b) the words "I am, Sir, Yours faithfully" should be

added at the end.
