1. I would be grateful if you could check the attached draft certificates of registration and covering letters to the UN. They are modelled on similar documents accepted by the UN in the case of the Hong Kong/Netherlands ASA.

Can we register the ASA with the UN and the International Civil Aviation Organisation before it come into force? If so, ho should we phrase the registration
