HONG KONG/BRUNEI AIR SERVICES AGREEMENT
1. I refer to your letter of 31 January to Carma Elliot in this department. Thank you for spotting and correcting the errors in the instrument of entrustment.

Our Legal Advisers state that, provided the gazetted version. of the entrustment is in order, there is no legal need to amend your file copy. You will appreciate that we are not particularly enthusiastic about drawing this to the attention of the Secretary of State. In the circumstances, I think we can safely leave things as they are.
