The object of this Ordinance is to amend the Motor Vehicles (First Registration Tax) Ordinance to impose first registration tax on special purpose vehicles; and to exempt from tax buses used solely for the training of bus drivers.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
