An Ordinance to amend the Road Traffic Ordinance.
[1 January 1990]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title and commencement
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance 1989.
(2) This Ordinance shall come into operation on 1 January 1990.

"PART IXB
DESIGNATED DRIVING SCHOOLS
Interpretation
88J. In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires-
"course certificate" means a certificate in a form specified by the Commissioner indicating that a person has completed a driving instruction course at a driving school;
