2. I should be grateful for any comments you may have on the extension. Since we were just about to go ahead with it in 1987, I presume there are no problems. We are content with The live proposed for dealing with China.

3. I am not clear what we should now do. How does one go about seeking Privy Council to extend the Order? Is this something your good officers will do?
