1. In Mr Ford's circular minute of 29 July Geographical Departments were asked to help update a list for the MOD of those countries within their region that they would like to see invited to the ISC. Assistants were also asked to specify which countries should not be invited.

2. The MOD now wish to repeat this exercise. I attach a list which incorporates several amendments already agreed with desk officers. I would be grateful for any further additions/amendments to the list by close of play 7 December; beyond which date I will assume a nil return.
