Start with the words "WARNING ORDER OPERATION (Codeword).
C. Contain a brief account of the situation which has resulted in the issue of the Warning Order.
Detail the forces likely to be deployed, the required notice to move for each element, and indicate whether assistance for refugees will be required.
e. Detail the deployment route(s), evacuation and reception points, if known.
f. Nominate the Operational Commander who will exercise operational command over forces taking part or, if applicable, the Joint Force Commander appointed by the CDS.
g. Notify any changes to be made in the details of the published plan.
h. Be sent to the Joint Service Signal Message Addressees shown in an Annex to each Part 2 plan.
Implementation Order (see paragraph 97).

If a Warning Order has been issued the signal ordering the implementation of the plan will:

(1) Use the SIC "13D" (5).
(2) Start with the words "OPERATION
(Codeword).
(3) Contain a self-explanatory text, including confirmation of the deployment route(s), evacuation and reception points, and any changes in the plan as modified by the warning order and subsequent related signals.
(4) Include the time of H hour (see paragraph 75) and any other key timings.
(5) Be sent to the addressees listed in each Part 2 plan.
If the plan has to be implemented at short notice without a Warning Order having been issued, the signal ordering its implementation will:
