Article 18

Depositary Functions

(1) [Deposit of the Original] The original of this Treaty shall be

deposited with the Director General.

(2) [Certified Copies] The Director General shall transmit two copies, certified by him, of this Treaty to all States and Intergovernmental

Organizations eligible to become party to the Treaty.

(3)

[Registration of the Treaty] The Director General shall register

this Treaty with the Secretariat of the United Nations.

(4)

[Amendments]

The Director General shall transmit two copies,

certified by him, of any amendment to this Treaty to the Contracting Parties

and, on request, to any other State or Intergovernmental Organization.
