DTI will be responsible for ensuring that BT and Cable and Wireless receive copies of papers issued to Parties as appropriate. Papers for the meeting of Signatories and the Board of Governors are received by BT and Cable and Wireless. In future DTI will receive copies of these documents from BT. Mercury will receive from BT papers for relevant INTELSAT meetings.
INMARSAT

Responsibility for distribution of Assembly papers rests with DTI. BT will continue to send DTI Council papers.
EUTELSAT
7 No EUTELSAT Assembly has yet been held. DTI distribute papers appropriate to Government as necessary. In future BT will copy Council papers to DTI. BT will also make available to Government other papers where a particular interest is
