I have the honour to refer to the Convention on the International Maritime Satellite Organisation (INMARSAT) done at London on 3 September 1976 and with reference to
Article 32(3) thereof to declare that this Convention shall apply to the Registers of British Ships registered in ports of register in the United Kingdom, in Hong Kong and in
Bermuda.
I further have the honour to request that this information should be circulated to other signatores and acceding States to the above Convention.
