Jointed the HKMAO in February 1989 to take prime responsibility for IROs.
From Hubei, married to a People's Daily journalist with two children at university.
Previously served in Geneva dealing with political aspects of international organisations (1985-89) and before that spent several years in International Organisations and Conference Department of the MFA dealing with UN Security Council.
An intelligent, self-confident, friendly and smartly dressed woman who Speaks good English.
