RATIFICATION, ENTRY INTO FORCE, AND TERMINATION

This Treaty shall be subject to ratification, and the instruments of ratification shall be exchanged at
as soon as possible.
This Treaty shall enter into force upon the exchange of instruments of ratification.
The Government of either the United States or the United Kingdom, including Hong Kong, may terminate this Treaty by means of written notice to the other party. Termination shall take effect six months following the date of notification.
In witness whereof, the undersigned, being duly authorized by their respective Governments, have signed this Treaty.
