COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER TREATIES

Assistance and procedures set forth in this Treaty shall not prevent either of the Parties from granting assistance to the other Party through the provisions of other international agreements to which it may be a party, or through the provisions of its internal laws. The Parties may also provide assistance pursuant to any bilateral arrangement, agreement, or practice which may be applicable.
