COSTS

The Requested Party shall pay all costs relating to the execution of the request, except for the fees of expert witnesses, the costs of translation and transcription, and the allowances and expenses related to travel of persons pursuant to Articles 10 and 11, which fees, allowances, and expenses shall be paid by the Requesting Party.
