DECISION
The Council ADVISED and the Acting Governor
ORDERED that
a review be conducted to assess the
repercussions of cancelling
Hong
Kong's designation as a First Port of
Asylum, taking into account both
practical aspects and
the wider
international reaction.
The review
should also set out the arguments for
