SPOT RATE PURCHASE OF US DOLLARS
Following our telephone conversation this morning, I should now be grateful if you could make the necessary arrangements to buy at 'spot rate' the sum of US Dollars 36,600 (thirty six thousand and six hundred United States Dollars) on the FCO's behalf and transfer them to the Midland Bank in London, value date 7th December 1989.
