I have the honour to refer to your Government's recent payment of £120,000 (equivalent to US$ 203,390 at the United Nations rate of exchange on the date of payment) representing its special contribution to UNHCR towards the 1989/1990 phase of the Anti-Piracy Arrangement (£70,000) and the Orderly Departure Programme (£50,000).
