4 In addition to UNHCR's activities, it is for consideration whether we might offer the Vietnamese bilateral assistance in this field, perhaps in the context of future return flights. We know, for example, of a professional cameraman, Michael Pitts, who has made a number of television documentaries, would be willing to go into Vietnam to take film for editing onto video. His fee for producing such a film would be in the region of £12,000.
