ODA has proposed further meeting with NGOS at official level to

discuss preparation of suitable projects for a reintegration

programme.

Will require further research and feasibility studies on the

ground.

Under terms of 26 June agreement will require negotiations with Vietnamese if we want mandatory return programme to proceed beyond return of first group.
