1. In accordance with the Comprehensive Plan of Action

adopted at the International Conference on Indo-Chinese

3. The British side will be responsible for the organization

of the repatriation and for the transportation of these people to Vietnam. The Vietnamese side will receive all those who have landed on Vietnamese territory according to the agreed
