Cooperative Research Project in Engineering submitted by Hong Kong Polytechnic In 1981 the Chairman was approached by the Director of Hong Kong Polytechnic about the possibility of the Foundation supporting cooperative research on ocean engineering, on solar energy and on the development of computer-based education in civil engineering.
