The Hong Kong Government are very carefully monitoring to
identify the extent of the problem. They will do all they can to
ensure that Hong Kong remains a place where Hong Kong people wish to
live and work. They are looking at ways of training more people
in those areass which have a higher proportion of people leaving.
No question of stopping people leaving.
