CALL ON LORD GLENARTHUR BY TWO LEGISLATIVE COUNCILLORS : 13 MARCH

1. Two Legislative Councillors, Mr Lau Wah-sum and Mr David Lam

Wai-keung, are calling on Lord Glenarthur on 13 March. They are

here as Category I visitors under the auspices of the COI: the

first LegCo visitors under the initiative launched by

Lord Glenarthur in January to bring more members of LegCo to

Britain. I submit:

As further talking points, Lord Glenarthur could ask the

visitors about the significance of the formation of the Hong Kong

Alliance (see attached press cuttings) and their impressions of LegCo (both are new members) and its future role.
