I should be grateful for any ideas/suggestions from recipients to expand/supplement these preliminary thoughts. Lateral thinking recommended. Anecdotal material welcome. I am quite happy to receive "raw" leads in the form of pointers to submissions, books, reports, articles, quotations, etc.
