Dr C H Leong, a member of LegCo, is paying a courtesy call on

Lord Glenarthur at 11.15 on 10 February. I submit a brief.

2. When I met him at a reception last night, Dr Leong said that he

might raise with Lord Glenarthur the subject of Vietnamese boat people and nationality issues. Other subjects which might come up include the pace of constitutional developments in Hong Kong and, conceivably, current problems relating to medical services in Hong

Kong.
