I understand you will probably be visiting Hong Kong some time in early January 1990. If this is the case, but appreciating what a tight schedule you will have, I wonder if I might have the pleasure of hosting a small private dinner at my home for you during your stay. If this would suit you perhaps you could let me know what day would be convenient and if there are any particular friends you would like me to include.

I expect to be in Hong Kong in January until the 20th when I leave for two weeks for a tour of India.
