Bir Geoffrey, would you say your trip to Hong Kong has been a

success?

FORBICE SECRETARY:

I think it has been enormously worthwhile, people have very

much appreciated my coming, thanked me for it, even some of the most

severe critics have said they are very glad I have been here.

INTERVIEVER:

But why have you co to Hong Kong when you have had nothing

to offer, no announcement to make?
