I do not disclose even in advance what I am going to say in
Cabinet. But I certainly have taken on board, as I think I had
already as a matter of fact, the extent of people's concern bere on
the right of abode question.
One thing that I can say is that the views of the people of
Hong Kong have been very effectively represented by the leaders of
Hong Kong's political establishment when they came to Britain a week
or two ago and they were made very clear to the members of the
Foreign Affairs Committee when they were here.
