DEPARTURE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE VISIT OF

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AND COMMONWEALTH AFFAIRS TO HONG KONG: 2-4 JULY 1989

1 TRAVEL DETAILS

The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Lady Howe and those listed at Appendix I, will depart London Gatwick (North Suite) at 1800 hours on Saturday 1 July on CX 250. The party is expected to return to London Gatwick (North Suite) at 0540 hours on Wednesday 5 July on CX 251.

BOXES, BRIEFCASES AND LUGGAGE

An FCO security van, accompanied by an FCO Security Officer, has been reserved for the journey to London Gatwick (North Suite) on 1 July. The van will depart the FCO at 1415 hours. Boxes, briefcases and luggage may be left in Room Wl any time up to 1700 hours on Friday 30 June. An FCO security van and Security Officer will meet the party on their return to London Gatwick (North Suite) on 5 July at 0540 hours.
