The Civil Service Occupational Health Service recommend the following inoculations:

Persons requiring inoculations may make appointments with the Civil Service Occupational Health Service, Tilbury House, Petty France (Tel No: 273-6331)
(c) Blood: It is essential for members of the party to know their blood group before going overseas. Those wishing to find out their blood group should go to the Civil Service Occupational Health Service, Tilbury House, Petty France (273 6331). A Blood Group Card can be obtained from the Medical Adviser's Office, Old Admiralty Building, one week after the test. Members of the party should carry this card with them when travelling overseas.

BAGGAGE
(a) The First and Club Class baggage allowance on commercial flights is 30 kgs.
(b) Additionally, all passengers are allowed one piece of cabin baggage, the dimensions of which when added together do not exceed 114 cms (45 ins).

All items to be cabin-loaded must in addition bear a YELLOW label.
(d) Unused labels must be kept under safe cover and returned to Conference Section.
6. INSURANCE
No refund of insurance premium is payable from public funds for officers on short term visits overseas. When the personal property (other than money or luxury articles) of an officer sent overseas on a short-term visit is lost or damaged during transit to or from the UK or while he or she is in receipt of subsistence allowance during their stay overseas and the loss or damage is not covered by an
