Secretary of State's Visit to Hong Kong: 2-4 July 1989
Lady Howe, a member of the Board of United Biscuits, has received the attached letter from their Managing Director.
She would very much like to try and see the United Biscuits representatives in Hong Kong when she accompanies the Secretary of State there in July. I understand Lady Howe has mentioned the possibility to Lady Wilson, who thought it might be possible to invite them to Government House at some time during the programme. Most grateful if you could pursue.
