In general, cars numbered 1-6 move off immediately (ie on assumption that there is time to get all the boxes from the aircraft into car number 6; if not, it will have to follow later).

Car number 7 remains to collect the Administration Officer, who processes passports and then delivers them to the Private Office.

When the party departs the PA usually arrives at the airport half an hour before the main party arrives in order to load boxes onto the aircraft.
