(c) Blood: It is essential for members of the party to know their blood group before going overseas. Those wishing to find out their blood group should go to the Civil Service Occupational Health Service, Tilbury House, Petty France

(Tel No 273 6331). A Blood Group Card can be obtained from the Medical Advisers' Office, Old Admiralty Building, one week after the test. Members of the party should carry this card with them when travelling overseas.

Likely temperatures at the beginning of July are maximum 31°C minimum 26°C. Relative humidity 82 per cent. There is a high possibility of rain. Lightweight lounge suits are suggested for day and evening wear. Once the programme has been finalised details on formal dress will be issued.

BAGGAGE

The First and Club Class baggage allowance on commercial flights is 30 kgs.

Additionally, all passengers are allowed one piece of cabin baggage, the dimensions of which when added together do not exceed 114 cms (45 ins).

7. DUTY FREE

There is no duty free in Hong Kong. They have advised us that duty free goods are cheaper in flight than in Hong Kong.
