As you may be aware, senior representatives of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce will be visiting London on 11 and 12 September. I have been asked to assist with their arrangements.

Currently their programme includes a lunch with MPs on Monday 11 September followed by a CBI meeting chaired by Lord Sharpe. Early on Tuesday morning they have a meeting with the Institute of Directors and we are trying to arrange for them to meet the Foreign Secretary later that day.

In addition to these engagements they would appreciate a meeting with the DTI/BOTB and the purpose of this letter is to ask whether this might be possible. Perhaps something over lunch on the Tuesday?
