VISIT OF SIR DAVID WILSON, GOVERNOR OF HONG KONG, 20-24 FEBRUARY

1. The Governor and his two Private Secretaries will be in the FCO (Room WH245) from Monday 20 February to Friday 24 February, on a official visit.

2. I should he grateful if short term (1 week) passes could be issued to Sir D Wilson and Mr Richard Hoare, as you have done as many occasions in the past. Mr Clinton Leeks, the Governor's new PS will also need a similar pass for the week.
