We need to think now about the subjects to be covered during the Governor's forthcoming visit, so that briefing can be set in hand.

1.

There will need to be the customary exchange of telegrams (by the middle of this week) on the agenda.

2.

Let us aim to have briefs in FINAL FORM by Wednesday 15 February.

Working back from that, could I in principle see all drafts by Friday 10 February.
