Ve have just made the first international diplomatic

agreement that has ever been made on tropical forests with Brazil

because it matters to us what Brazil does with its forests, it

matters to the whole world, so we have just set up an agreement with

them.

You just mentioned China. China is very much on the

political agenda and on our minds for other reasons, Do you believe

this forthcoming Paris Summit should publish a joint communique to

judge what has been happening in China?
