We recognize that some memberɛ may prefer to make their own hotel arrangements, for whatever reason, and have asked for this to be indicated on the reply form if that is the case. While the Municipal Government has offered to provide accommodation for the members and will do so if they stay at the Jinjiang Hotel, it accepts the fact that some members will stay, for their own account, at other hotels, if that La more convenient for them.
