IAD to monitor UKMTAS povision for DTs, and discuss with Finance Department creation of special fund for police-related training in DTs.

IRD/WIAD to monitor Gallagher's interim reports.
PRD to convene Whitehall steering group when appropriate, and with WIAD to review progress of survey, and discuss implementation of Gallagher's recommendations.

Administration of Governors' Posts
WIAD/CAD (ODA) to liaise regarding extent of ODA's obligations to provide "topping up" funding for DTs receiving budgetary aid.
WIAD to convene DTLG sub-committee to discuss administrative problems regarding governors' posts.

MAED to coordinate reports from DTs relating to Montreal Protocol on the Ozone Layer.
WIAD to contact Finance Department regarding contacts in the Treasury, to discuss creation of special fund.
WIAD to write to DT Governors regarding extent of DTs' Current contingency plans for emergencies.
