What are the Priority Projects for Macau Government During the Transitional Period?

On the whole, "education" appears to be the most important area which is mentioned by 37% Chinese, 54% Portuguese and 38% Macanese.

To Chinese, "social welfare" (24%) is the next important priority followed by housing (15%) and road construction (12%). For the Portuguese airport (37%) is the next most important priority followed by social welfare (33%) and medical service (31%).

Among the Macanese, their top three priorities are education (38%), social welfare (18%) and medical service (13%).
