Ye Shouzeng: former member of the JLG Hu Chuanzhong: a drafting point: in the second para, I assume the passage from the second sentence onwards ("Speaks good English...") refers to Hu, rather than to his wife. Presumably a new paragraph should begin there.
3. I recognise that the Embassy S contacts with the HKMAO of the State Council are much less frequent than with the MFA.
