I enclose a copy of a letter from Alyson Bailes in Peking, covering a prospectus for a legal seminar on chidren's rights to be held in Peking in June. We see considerable merit in the participation of Hong Kong lawyers, either from the Legal Department or the private sector, in this seminar. We hope that is can be given a fair wind.
