BOOK ON CHINESE CONSTITUTION

1.

We have learned that a book on the Chinese Constitution by Jill Barrett has recently been published in Hong Kong by "China and Hong Kong Law Studies Ltd". The title is either "Chinese Constitutional Law" or "The Constitution of China". I am afraid I do not have details of costs.

2. I have discussed this with Mr Wye of Research Department, (currently on loan to FED). We feel it would be useful if Reserach Department could have a copy of the book. I should be grateful if you could set the necessary procedures in hand to order a copy.
